Leapfrog Edge is the resource estimation solution developed by Seequent. It allows resource estimates to be completed in an intuitive and highly visual 3D environment with easy to follow workflows.
Â
The Masterclass will include a series of theoretical presentations and discussions on the key aspects of estimation eg, statistical data analysis, domaining, grade capping, variography, estimation, validation and classification. These subjects will be interspersed with real world examples using Leapfrog Edge with the final aim of producing a validated, classified and robust resource estimate.Â
Â
Masterclass FormatÂ
• Importance of geology in all aspects of resource estimation and domainingÂ
• Exploratory data analysisÂ
• Variogram selection and fittingÂ
• Estimation strategies and methodsÂ
• Block model validationÂ
• Classification strategiesÂ
Â
No previous experience in this software is required but a background in resource estimation using other 3D modelling software is preferred, though not essential.
Lunch, Snacks, and Beverages will be provided onsite.
