We ran this contest at AME Roundup in Vancouver, and now is your chance to put your drillhole planning skills to the test at PDAC 2026!
Using real geological datasets, participants will have 5 minutes to design a drillhole within a Leapfrog Geo project with one goal: to intersect the heavy-metal trio of Zn, Ag, and Pb. All competitors work from the same datasets and model parameters. The only difference is the placement and targeting strategy of your drillhole.
Drillholes will be evaluated against the modelled orebody, with rankings based on the highest-grade mineralisation intercepts achieved.
Familiarity with Leapfrog is recommended.
